Referral Information
Our referral forms can be completed on any device or printed. Completed forms with a subscriber's signature should be faxed to our office. Physical forms are available upon request.
Online Image & Report Access
Referring practices can view images and reports online, providing immediate access and eliminating extra paper while offering flexible review options.
Board-Certified Reports
Images are immediately sent to our radiologist. Reports are available online or via fax within 24–48 hours. Expedited services are available for stat cases.
Stat Cases
We understand urgency. We aim to get stat cases in quickly and reports out within 30–40 minutes. Contact our office and see what we can do for your patient.

Image Received & Dictated
Upon receiving images, the radiologist dictates findings to a web-based database which is then transcribed by a certified transcriptionist.
Blinded Peer Review
Random case samples are independently reviewed by a second radiologist blinded to the original report, ensuring unbiased quality verification.
Report Verified & Released
VerifiedOnce signed, the report is released to the referring physician. Discrepancies trigger a 3rd radiologist review and corrective action.
